's (L&G) wholly-owned unit Lang Education Holdings Sdn Bhd will sell its entire 70% stake in L&G-Twintech Sdn Bhd to Rimbun Masyhur Sdn Bhd.
Apart from that, Rimbun Masyhur will buy 20 hectares of land located at Daerah Hulu Selangor owned by Lembah Beringin Sdn Bhd, another L&G's wholly-owned subsidiary.
