Affin Holdings Bhd said yesterday it would be taking its listed subsidiary Affin-ACF Holdings Bhd private as part of its rationalisation exercise.
The company gave no further details in its statement to the MSEB, but said an announcement on the move would be made today. Trading in the shares of both Affin Holdings and Affin-ACF Holdings was suspended yesterday. The former was last traded at RM1.63 and the latter at RM1.99.
