THE Malaysian branch of the Asean Intellectual Property Association (Aipa) expects to hold a dialogue soon with the relevant authorities on fine-tuning some of the intellectual property laws to enhance the country's competitive edge as a key player in global trade and commerce.
Its branch head Chew Phye Keat told a press conference that Aipa had identified some areas in Malaysia’s intellectual property laws that needed fine-tuning.
