PROPERTY development group Talam Corp Bhd, which has to date sold 70% of the properties at its Putra Perdana township near Putrajaya, is confident of selling the balance in two to three years.
Its marketing vice-president Adam Yap said Putra Perdana, which boasted a total of 16,000 units built collectively under La Cottage, Danau Putra and Taman Putra Perdana, had a gross development value of RM1.8bil.
