SP Setia Bhd
unit Bandar Setia Alam Sdn Bhd has signed an agreement to sell 614.26 acres in Selangor to the Selangor State Development Corp (PKNS) for RM214.06mil cash or RM8 per sq foot.
In a statement to MSEB yesterday, the company said the 614.26 acres formed part of the land previously known as North Hummock Estate measuring 3,939 acres in total, which were acquired by Bandar Setia Alam in March 2002.
