ValueCap posts 17% returns in 2003

VALUECAP Sdn Bhd, the RM10bil asset management company set up by Khazanah Nasional Bhd, Permodalan Nasional Bhd and Kumpulan Wang Amanah Pencen, has posted a net profit of more than RM250mil for its first fiscal year ended Dec 31, 2003.  

The state-run company also had RM450mil in unrealised gains after a year in operation, said Second Finance Minister Tan Sri Nor Mohamed Yakcop.
