Local firm in innovative billboard ties with Indon police

JAKARTA: Malaysian-based PT MitraCipta InterNusa has launched a major advertising project that combined police posts and outdoor billboards at various locations along the main road of Java and Bali islands, Indonesia's most densely populated region. 

MitraCipta general manager Azlan Naim Abdullah said the new innovative advertising project, believed to be the first in the world, involved the setting up of police posts at selected locations using modified used cargo containers.
