ACNielsen gets ISO certification from Lloyds

ACNIELSEN (M) Sdn Bhd has received the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management certification by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance, making it the first market research company in Malaysia to get the accreditation. 

Managing director Steve Mitchell said in a statement: “As a leader in market research, ACNielsen strives to uplift the quality of research and set an example for the industry. The certification endorses ACNielsen with a structure to move towards this goal.”
