Aturmaju IPO oversubscribed 377.9 times

THE public tranche of Aturmaju Resources Bhd's initial public offering (IPO) shares was oversubscribed 377.96 times, MIDF Consultancy and Corporate Services Sdn Bhd (MIDFCCS) said in a statement. 

Aturmaju's IPO comprises a public issue of 8.5 million new shares and an offer for sale of 1.55 million shares at RM1.20 per share. 

The shares have a face value of RM1 each. 

Of the total number of shares, 300,000 were made available for public subscription and 1.2 million were allocated for placement. 

MIDFCCS said 32,577 applications for 113.69 million shares were received for the 300,000 shares made available for public subscription and the placement shares were fully placed out by the placement agent. 

Aturmaju operates an integrated wood processing complex, which produces veneer, plywood blackboard and sawn timber. – AFX-Asia
