THE MSEB has classified ANSON PERDANA BHD as a PN4 condition company and will place it under trading restriction beginning today.
The trading restriction is imposed on the PN4 condition company pursuant to paragraph 8.14 (3A) of Listing Requirements.
The trading restriction is in the form of full payment before purchase and will continue to be imposed on Anson until further notice. – Bernama

SAAG CONSOLIDATED BHD said it has obtained the Indian government’s approval to buy 701,200 shares in RR Greenhands Infrastructure (India) Ltd for RM371,052 and to subscribe for 4.65 million new shares in the latter for RM3.88mil.

Universiti Industri Selangor (Unisel) is close to acquiring a 50-acre land in Sepang from KUMPULAN DARUL EHSAN BHD unit, Kumpulan Hartanah Selangor Bhd, for its biotechnology-related project.
Unisel vice-chancellor Datuk Prof Abdul Aziz Ibrahim said the purchase would involve RM5mil. He, however, said the payment method had yet to be finalised. “We are in the final stage of purchasing the land. We should sign the sale and purchase agreement in the near future,” he told Bernama.
Unisel is the developer, operator and caretaker of Selangor's Bio-Valley project. – Bernama
MALAYSIAN RESOURCES CORP BHD said its wholly-owned unit Semasa Sentral Sdn Bhd (SSSB) has entered into a concession agreement (CA) with the government to undertake the operation, management and maintenance of Stesen Sentral Kuala Lumpur.
The salient terms of the CA include:
·The concession period is for 15 years from Nov 30, 2000 to Nov 29, 2015. In consideration for the grant of the concession, SSSB shall pay to the government the sum of RM60,000 per year.
The government shall procure the grant of the lease of the undivided portion of the retail areas and speculative office within Stesen Sentral Kuala Lumpur to SSSB for a yearly rental of RM60,000 payable to Federal Land Commissioner.
SSSB shall have a minimum paid-up capital of RM5mil and procure the issuance of a preference share with a par value of RM1 to the Minister of Finance. – Bernama
