MANILA, Philippines (AP) - Philippine shares surged Tuesday, closing at a three-week high as major blue chips rebounded on a steady flow of foreign funds, traders said.
Traders said market sentiment was also boosted by gains of major regional markets ahead of the Lunar New Year.
