MEGAN MEDIA HOLDINGS BHD has proposed a 1-for-2 bonus issue of up to 44.7 million shares and a rights issue with free warrants on the basis of four shares and four warrants for every five shares held.
The price of the rights issue would be determined later, the maker of digital and compact disc products said in a statement.
