SUNWAY City Bhd (SunCity) is looking to expand its landbank into more prime locations through strategic partnerships with land owners.
The group currently has a landbank of 2,588 acres, mostly in the Klang Valley, which will keep the group busy for the next 10 years and generate a gross development value (GDV) of RM8bil.
