THE Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (KLSE) has completed its legal conversion into a public company limited by shares from a company limited by guarantee.
With the conversion, the KLSE has vested and transferred its stock exchange business to a new wholly-owned subsidiary known in the interim as Malaysia Securities Exchange Bhd (MSEB), while the demutualised KLSE will become the exchange holding company, known as Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange Bhd (KLSE Bhd).
