KPJ spreading wings overseas


KPJ Healthcare Bhd, the biggest private hospital operator in the country, plans to spread its wings overseas and has initiated talks with parties from countries such as the Middle East, China, Indonesia, Brunei and Singapore. 

“We are quite keen on such an opportunity,” said managing director Datin Paduka Siti Sa'adiah Sheikh Bakir in an interview with StarBiz. “Since the Organisation of Islamic Conference (OIC) and Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) meetings here, we have been approached by a number of people for some sort of collaboration.”
