MONROSE Sdn Bhd, a producer of Roselle fruit juices, herbal teas, purees and jams, plans to acquire about 800ha of plantation land in Perak to create a Roselle Valley, said the company.
The proposed Roselle Valley will help ensure a steady supply of Roselle Calyx (hibiscus sabdarifa) fruits, which have the highest amounts of anthocynin, an antioxidant, compared to other fruits.
