BACK in the late 70s, Foo Shou Jee and his wife Pang Hee Ngo visited Britain and were totally impressed with the beauty and grace of Victoria Station and the trains that were parked at the station.
It was then that Foo, a chef, decided to embark on an ambitious plan to build a local restaurant resembling the station.
