Senai Airport Terminal Services Sdn Bhd (SATS) plans to spend up to RM1bil over the next five years to transform the existing Sultan Ismail Airport in Senai, Johor, into a logistics hub of the south.
SATS director Datuk Mohd Sidik Shaik Osman said that 20% to 30% of the funds would be internally generated and the balance sourced from financial institutions.
