  • (SIB) has subscribed to 100 million new shares in its wholly-owned unit Sistem Lingkaran-Lebuhraya Kajang Sdn Bhd for RM1 each. 

    SIB said in a statement yesterday the RM100mil for the subscription would come from the proceeds of a rights and a public issue undertaken in conjunction with its listing on the KLSE earlier this month. – AFX-Asia
