LONDON: Prospects for a recovery in global equity market activity next year look promising after a pick-up in initial public offerings (IPOs) towards the end of 2003, according to preliminary data released by financial information provider Dealogic.
But the recovery in IPOs, from which investment banks could earn the fattest fees, was still shaky, Dealogic said.
