BANK Islam Malaysia Bhd is expected to set up state offices in Sarawak and Sabah by early next year, under its nationwide organisation structure transformation (OST), to provide more specialised and efficient service to its customers.
Its Sabah/Sarawak regional manager Mohd Said Gapor said with the new structure, all its present eight branches in east Malaysia Sarawak (four), Sabah (three) and Labuan (one) would become service outlets.
