THE Association of Accredited Advertising Agents Malaysia (4As) wants to make the country the regional educational hub for marketing communications (marcomm) excellence in Asia. 

President Khoo Boo Boon said it aimed to turn the 4As/Malaysian Advertisers Association joint education and training arm, Institute Advertising Communication Training (IACT), into the Asian IACT by the end of next year.
