Ranhill Utilities Bhd will be investing slightly more than RM1bil to develop and improve water supply and distribution in Sabah under the state's water privatisation deal.
Director Ahmad Zahdi Jamil said officials from the company would meet with Sabah government officials today to discuss and finalise the details of the concession.
