MAGNUM Corp Bhd has proposed a share exchange with subsidiary Magnum 4D Bhd that would see the gaming businesses of Magnum 4D being consolidated under Magnum Corp and Magnum Corp's properties, together with the 40-storey Menara Multi-Purpose, being placed under a Magnum 4D listed shell.
Magnum Corp also plans to distribute to its shareholders part of the ordinary shares and preference shares it gets from Magnum 4D for the sale of its properties.
