METROPOLITAN Square, MK Land Bhd's latest launch at Damansara Perdana, Selangor, has received tremendous response, with sales worth RM45mil transacted within a week of its launch.
Phase 1, launched last week, saw 133 units of mixed properties – 105 condominium units, 24 shops and four office suites – taken up, Saujana Triangle Sdn Bhd chief operating officer Peter Chan told a press briefing on Wednesday. Saujana Triangle is a subsidiary of MK Land.
