Cerberus takes final shot at Air Canada

MONTREAL: New York buyout firm Cerberus Capital Management LP has come back with a revised offer on Air Canada’s financial rescue, hoping to dislodge a court-approved proposal from Hong Kong businessman Victor Li. 

Canada's largest airline confirmed receiving the new Cerberus offer on Wednesday, but did not give details of its value or content.
