AIRASIA Sdn Bhd plans to sell about a third of its shares to the public next year, raising as much as US$300mil to buy new aircraft, said a company official.
The shares will probably be listed on the KLSE main board as early as August after the carrier releases fiscal-year results in June, said the official, who declined to be identified.
