MANILA, Philippines (AP) - Philippine shares ended marginally lower Friday as political concerns continued to weigh on market sentiment ahead of next year's elections, traders said.
The 30-company Philippine Stock Exchange Index ended down 5.55 points, or 0.4 percent, at 1,313.87, its lowest close in seven weeks. The index lost 1.9 percent Thursday.
