HICOM-GAMUDA Development Sdn Bhd, the developer of Kota Kemuning residential township in Shah Alam, has launched a new high-end development component of the township, which it claims to be the first in Malaysia.
Known as Canal Gardens, the new phase of Kota Kemuning consists of 602 units of double-storey terrace houses built within a gated community on 31.6ha and surrounded by a landscaped 1.4km canal park.
