Oriental Interest Bhd will focus on developing low-medium cost landed properties in Putrajaya, Sepang, and Kulim next year, according to group executive chairman Koay Leong Eng.
“For each launch, we plan to introduce 200 to 300 units,” he said after the company's AGM in Penang yesterday, adding that the group still had about 2,000 acres of land available for development in the central and northern regions.
