ENTERPRISE software solutions provider, Ingenuity Solutions Bhd, has completed the acquisition of the entire issued and paid-up capital of Reliance Computer Centre.
Ingenuity chairman Dr Shafiq Sit Abdullah said the acquisition was in line with the group's plan to become a comprehensive corporate software solutions provider.
