KUMPULAN Emas Bhd (KEB) will grow its overseas plantation ventures to become a significant income contributor in the next four to five years, chief executive officer Kee Lian Yong said.
“Our oil palm planting ventures in India and Solomon Islands will contribute about 50% of group profits from 2008,” Kee told StarBiz at the sidelines of the soft launch of the group's South City Plaza in Seri Kembangan by Human Resources Minister Datuk Wira Dr Fong Chan Onn yesterday.
