SP Setia Bhd, the Employees Provident Fund (EPF), and Great Eastern Life Assurance (M) Bhd have entered into a joint-venture agreement to develop a 791-acre up-market residential project in the Klang Valley.
The project is known as Eco-Parks, and its development will be undertaken by Bandar Eco-Setia Sdn Bhd (BES), a company set up under the three-way joint-venture agreement.
