DIAMOND Leaves Sdn Bhd is launching today the second phase of its Taman Tun Hussein Onn housing project in Seberang Jaya after already having sold 70% of the units since their soft launch three months ago.
Managing director Soon Seong Moh told StarBiz that the properties – comprising 49 two-and-a-half-storey terraced houses, 18 double-storey semi-detached houses, and three three-storey bungalows – were targeted at the upper-middle income group.
