FORMOSA Prosonic Technics Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned unit of Acoustech Bhd, has acquired a 58.19% equity interest in Aerotronic Sdn Bhd.
Formosa Prosonic had bought 542,035 RM1 shares in Aerotronic on Nov 10 and subscribed for one million Aerotronic RM1 shares at par for cash on Nov 11, Acoustech said in a filing to the KLSE on Tuesday.
