KUALA Lumpur Metropolitan (M) Sdn Bhd (KL Metro) expects to record revenues of RM32.4mil from the 162 water chalets available for sale at its maiden resort development in Port Dickson.
Its managing director Low Tak Fatt said the Legend Water Chalets, sited on 10 acres about 1.5km north of Port Dickson town, would feature 280 chalets extending into the sea, complete with clubhouse and banquet facilities.
