NEW bond issuance in Malaysia is likely to drop 30% next year as world interest rates head higher, according to Rating Agency Malaysia Bhd (RAM) executive director Suresh Menon.
Suresh said on Monday he expected Malaysia to tighten monetary policy near the end of the first half next year.
