Plenitude unit starting new project

SIN Yik Development Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Plenitude Bhd, is kicking off the development of 433 landed residential properties with gross sales value of RM43mil in Sungai Petani next month. 

General manager Paul Tan told StarBiz that the Casa Series project comprised 143 1½-storey and 290 single-storey terraced houses on 45 acres in Bandar Perdana.
