BANDAR Raya Developments Bhd (BRDB) said its subsidiary, Permas Jaya Sdn Bhd, has signed a lease agreement with Jaya Jusco Stores Bhd, which will see the retail chain open its 10th outlet at BRDB's thriving Permas Jaya township in Johor Baru at year-end.
The store will occupy and manage a retail mall at a new integrated retail and commercial development being planned in Permas Jaya. It will occupy 9.76ha of prime land fronting the coastal highway which links Johor Baru town and the industrial area of Pasir Gudang.
