  • said its bus subsidiary companies have agreed to sell their entire bus assets to Syarikat Prasarana Negara Bhd for a total of RM176.96mil cash. 

    The subsidiaries are Intrakota Komposit Sdn Bhd and Euro Truck & Bus Malaysia Sdn Bhd, and include bus operators Intrakota, SJ Kenderaan Sdn Bhd and Toong Fong Omnibus Company Sdn Bhd.
