SUNRISE Bhd, which has already spent RM140mil on its Seremban Forest Heights project in Negri Sembilan, plans to further invest RM650mil in the first-of-its-kind “back-to-nature” housing project over the next five years.
Chief executive officer Datuk Michael Yam said the unique mixed development project covering 193ha freehold land would see houses set in a specially nurtured tropical rain forest.
