MUTIARA Goodyear Development Bhd expects to start construction work on the RM12mil flyover in Seberang Perai in December, following the recent approval by the Penang state government, said managing director Edmond Hoyt Yung.

He said the flyover would link the group's northern region flagship project, Bandar Tasek Mutiara in Seberang Prai, to Jalan Bukit Tambun, thus making it easily accessible via the North-South Highway or the proposed second link from Penang island.
