MOTOR vehicle sales improved by 1% in September to 34,093 units from 33,790 units a year ago - the first positive year-on-year increase since February, according to the Malaysian Automotive Association (MAA).
MAA said the better performance was buoyed mainly by the demand for foreign cars that saw sales almost double to 11,027 units in September from 7,219 units in the same month last year.
