Nexus in six joint ventures

Nexus Ventures (M) Sdn Bhd has signed joint-venture agreements with six companies as financiers and joint-venture parties for various projects worth RM5bil. 

According to its finance director Hazimi Ismail, the projects include a reclamation and development of Perlis Port worth RM1.3bil to be undertaken by Pashacorp Sdn Bhd which will begin in early November. 

He was speaking at the signing of agreements with Pashacorp and five other companies in Kuala Lumpur yesterday. 

Nexus, set up in 2001, is mainly involved in financial consultancy, property development, corporate merging, share requisition and international investments. – Bernama
