SYDNEY: Qantas Airways said yesterday it would split itself into 10 businesses as part of a major restructure to help meet a cost-cutting target of A$1bil over two years.
Under the split, the Australian flag-carrier will divide its operations into four flying businesses, support services such as engineering and airports, and associated businesses including freight, holidays and defence services.
