BANK Simpanan Nasional must reinvent itself to stay relevant as the national savings bank and be competitive when the banking sector is liberalized, its chairman Abdul Azim Mohd Zabidi said.
Abdul Azim told AFX-Asia in an interview that the bank was now changing its ways and plans to boost its customer service and offer more innovative products so as to retain existing customers and attract new ones.
