Haruman to see change in control


PROPERTY developers Tan Sri Mustapha Kamal Abu Bakar and Datuk Kasi Palaniapan have proposed to take control of Cyberjaya developer Setia Haruman Sdn Bhd following two separate transactions involving Landmarks Bhd and Country Heights Holdings Bhd (CHHB).  

Haruman, which is the master developer for 2,800ha in the high-tech city Cyberjaya, is now equally owned by Landmarks, CHHB, Renong Bhd and Menara Embun Sdn Bhd. Mustapha Kamal and Kasi own 65% and 35% stakes respectively in Menara Embun.
