PROPERTY developer Plenitude Bhd, en route to a KLSE main board listing by year's end, plans to broaden its market range from affordable homes to higher-end residential properties, and look for projects with recurrent income.
Speaking after the company's share underwriting ceremony in Kuala Lumpur yesterday, Plenitude executive chairman Elsie Chua said the move into the higher-end segment was to improve the group's bottom line.
