SP Setia Bhd
has reported a higher net profit of RM95.58mil for the nine months to July, against the year-ago period of RM78.76mil, mainly due to progressive profit recognised on properties sold at its Duta Nusantara project in Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur.
In the period under review, sales improved to RM596.17mil from RM512.03mil previously, it added.
