THE Multimedia Development Corp (MDC) has announced the appointment of Dr Wilson Tay Chuan Hui as vice-president for its technopreneur development division.
Tay, previously chief operating and knowledge officer at Internet outfit The Media Shoppe Sdn Bhd, has 25 years of experience in tertiary education, accounting, commerce, mining and government service in Australia, the MDC said in a statement yesterday.
